
Composer Conductor Performer
Oleksandr Yukhymovych is a composer, conductor, and viola player whose work bridges classical and contemporary sensibilities. His portfolio includes three operas, a symphony, and chamber works that explore innovative approaches to storytelling and emotional expression. Trained at the Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music, Conservatorium Maastricht, and Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, he has performed with professional orchestras and reached the finals of numerous international competitions, including the Music Award Maastricht. He has appeared at the Pärnu Music Festival and Järvi Academy, and is currently pursuing Cultural Policy & Arts Management at University College Dublin, exploring the intersection of artistic practice and cultural leadership.
As a composer, conductor, and viola player, I am dedicated to exploring the depths of classical music and pushing its boundaries. My work allows audiences to experience innovative and engaging performances that resonate emotionally and intellectually. I value creativity, thoughtfulness, and collaboration, ensuring that every performance reflects my commitment to enriching the classical music community and inspiring future generations.
