OFFICIAL BIOGRAPHY

Oleksandr Yukhymovych is an accomplished musician from Kyiv. From an early age, he immersed himself in the violin and piano, nurturing a deep passion for composing and conducting. His education began at the Chamberzhi Kyiv Children Academy of Arts (2018), where he refined his skills, crafting a distinctive style that seamlessly merges classical traditions with contemporary innovations.


Oleksandr's journey continued as he pursued viola studies, earning his degree cum laude from Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music (2022) and furthering his education under professor Michael Kugel at Conservatorium Maastricht (2023, cum laude). In 2024, he completed his master's in composition with Evgen Stankovych at the Ukraine National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music, and at the moment advancing his studies with a second master's in viola under Julia Dinerstein at Conservatorium Maastricht.
